A warm welcome amidst the chaos

The staff greeted us like family, instantly making us feel at home. Each morning, a personalized omelet lifted our spirits.

The air conditioning malfunctioned, leaving our room uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. It felt neglected in the maintenance department.

Make sure you stay in the superior room with 2 single beds. The location is amazing and particularly good, close to vital areas...

Views are pretty average.

The property was clean, featured amazing design, I enjoyed it. The rooms where clean with hypoallergenic pillows. In general the service was exceptional. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was very good.

I enjoyed the charming decor and comfortable lounges, easily accessible. The complimentary shuttle service to Taksim Square made it very convenient for me to explore the area without any hassle.

More assistance with luggage for seniors would help.

The whole room was brand-new and new-fashioned and had everything-free mini-bar and iron & ironing board. Modern decor and bed was big. Besides, the location was good and amazing for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Republic Monument. All in all - we truly enjoyed this place & would book again.

Not the best experience

Location is a bit off, around 20-25 mins walk to Taksim, no fun when it's hot! The room was okay, but had some weird bugs and the bathroom was kinda gross with moisture everywhere. Staff could be more cute and I didn't have soap for days. Breakfast was decent, but the dining area felt cramped.

The shuttle service to Taksim is efficient. Rooms are spacious with charming decor. Staff provide personalized service and assist well. Breakfast includes diverse local delicacies. The atmosphere is relaxing with comfortable lounges 🛋️

The staff was amazing, always went the extra mile to help. One time I had a problem with the AC and they fixed it within minutes, like it was no big deal. The breakfast had this authentic local flavor, reminded me of tasting the real deal.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

I loved relaxing in the spa when I had a chance to enjoy a Turkish bath and a back massage. The hotel offered a nice cozy atmosphere and the garden area was perfect for unwinding.

I had a good time during my stay! The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and housekeeping was on point, keeping everything spotless each day. However, the location felt a bit isolated at times, making it a challenge to explore.
